Staff Sales Training Videos:
New Product Range

Client:

This client is the world’s largest optical manufacturer and retailer. Their retail network covers some 600 locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Requirement:

With the launch of a new sunglasses product, unique technical information needed to be included in the sales pitch for two of their retail brand’s sales teams. For a product that captures photos and video, a sales training video of the suggested sales script is an obvious training tool. It also negates travel for sales teams across the country to attend in-person training sessions.

Process:

Two versions of a suggested sales discussion were shot at store locations in Sydney. One featured a specific line of talking points for prescription lenses and the other for talking points on the non-prescription range. The features and benefits of the product are explained in a natural, conversational style roll play between a ‘sales person’ and ‘customer’ with text overlays of instructions and supplied branded visual and audio integrated into the edit.
