Sports and Spinal is one of the largest Allied Health service providers in Queensland with over 20 clinics spread across the state.

They approached Innovate Media to create a set of videos to promote their brand and also drive staff recruitment opportunities. They recognised the strength of showing potential job applicants the spirit of a business and the livability of a region through employer branding videos, especially since many of their candidates would need to lured from other cities.

With careful message planning and question scripting in the pre-production phase of the project, we were able to produce two separate videos for different target audiences and purposes from just a single, half-day shoot. From the one filming session on location, these key messages drawn from the various interviews were separated into ‘patient focus’ and ‘recruitment focus’ content.

The main videos were then re-edited into a series of social media videos, Facebook advertisements and website video elements.
