Energy Super engaged Innovate Media to increase their connection with their membership base.

Energy Super wanted to keep members up to date with the different changes both domestically and internationally that may impact on super investments. Through regular quarterly reports, Energy Super is able to keep members abreast of these changes.

At the same time, Energy Super recognised that not all members who wished to, could attend different in-person events. Again, to increase their connection to their customers, Energy Super organised Event Coverage full the full duration of each presentation to be available online. This allowed those unable to attend to get a sense of the event as a whole, as well as watch the critical information provided.

Innovate Media creates the regular member update videos and also films the event coverage of the inperson events as required. For each event we produce both an Events Highlights reel for social media content, and the lengthier full coverage of presentations.
