Argon Law is a commercial law firm, based in Maroochydore servicing the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, the hinterland and surrounds.

Strategy:

Argon Law has engaged Innovate Media for video marketing content development and video strategy since 2014, a year after their business was first launched. The overarching strategy over this period has been to position the brand and the legal professionals behind it as the local Sunshine Coast experts in Commercial Law. 

The partnership kicked off with a Brand Story video as well as a suite of Client Story videos demonstrating brand trustworthiness and the practice’s specialist areas. The video content strategy was then extended to an ongoing annual educational video blogging (vlog) package that allows for a series of 3-5 minute videos to be regularly produced in blocks throughout the year. 

Every four months, staff from Argon Law visit our Sunshine Coast video studio to record a batch of educational video blogs that have been scripted and reviewed in advance. Various staff members rotate though as presenters, hosting a video topic of their law specialisation, or introduce themselves as new team members. Each individual is coached during the filming on their on-screen autocue delivery, presentation and energy to ensure a professional outcome that is also enjoyable to partake in.

We then complete the video blog editing and YouTube content publishing in batches to enable Argon Law to release the content according to their own marketing schedule, in conjunction with their other business development and marketing activities.

Success Metrics:

The business has grown exponentially since its inception, with a substantial team now alongside John Gallagher, the Director and Founder. Argon Law’s YouTube channel currently has a content library featuring over 150 videos of educational video blogs which does well to solidify Argon Law’s brand positioning and create brand awareness for its niche Sunshine Coast target audience. To date, their various videos on the intricacies of Queensland law combined have accrued just under 100,000 views.
