Core Project Advisory is a specialist project management consultancy working within the niche of Utilities, Mining, Facilities and Smart City Infrastructure.
The team at Core Project Advisory came to Innovate Media to develop a video marketing strategy that empowered their brand and educated their target audience.
Innovate Media developed a fully managed video marketing content strategy of 48, one to two-minute strategically aligned video blogs for weekly publishing on YouTube and LinkedIn over the course of the year.
The process kicked off with a half-day, guided workshop to design the strategy; gain clarity of their target audience; break down their business development goals; and brainstorm a calendar of content topics. It also included a script writing masterclass to ensure their team had all the tools and knowledge required to start developing their content.
Out of the Video Blogging Design Strategy session, it was determined that their key video marketing strategy was to grow their Linkedin connections and engagement with industry colleagues online.
Every two months, we reviewed their prepared scripts and suggested any changes to ensure their content and messaging was clear and optimal. Then, a batch of eight videos were filmed in our green-screen studio where we coached each speaker’s on-camera presentation for a natural, stress-free auto-cue delivery.
Each video blog then entered the post-production phase where we edited the video with Core Project Advisory’s own unique, branded style. Once each video was approved, we distributed the videos to each defined marketing channel using social media best practice techniques. The release of videos coincided with marketing activity which Core Project Advisory managed at their end to further promote each video.
To date, with just five of their six batches produced and published so far, Core Project Advisory’s LinkedIn Page followers have grown by 229%. Their new YouTube channel has grown from zero to 75 followers which well exceeds the 12-month strategic goal of 50 followers we initially set for their niche industry.
The development of the videos have made a big impact on our business development efforts. We’ve sent out a massive amount of LinkedIn messages supporting our videos… and I’m sure we’ll see the fruits of that as we move into the next phase of our business. …So for anyone else looking to work with Innovate, I’d say go for it.
