Client: Welcome Home Rentals (later rebranded as Ray White Gympie)
Project: Brand Awareness & Client Engagement
Welcome Home Rentals initially engaged Innovate Media to implement video marketing to build their visibility in the Gympie region as well as engage with potential property investors and tenants.
Welcome Home Rentals has successfully built a property management business, which later became part of Ray White Gympie. They attribute their Brand Story films as a critical element in moving new potential clients along in their decision making process and ultimately sign on as landlords.
Due to the success of their initial Brand Story films, Welcome Home Rentals upped their property management marketing and began a Video Blog to engage with a wider audience on YouTube. They have also created an updated series of Brand Story films as the business grew and developed.
Innovate Media has worked with Welcome Home Rentals / Ray White Gympie for over 8 years to implement an effective online video strategy. This has included an initial and revised Brand Story film, Client Story Films, Team Profiles, Video Blogging series, Client Onboarding Videos and a Rebranding video which explained the name change.

I met Ben after he was recommended to me by somebody else in the real estate industry. She might have given me a bum steer on the website developer she mentioned, but with Ben, she absolutely nailed it.
Ben drove to Gympie very early to film our brand story video almost 5 years ago and I honestly broke down and cried when I saw what he created. It was so me, but a better version, he watched for little moments that I didn’t even know had occurred and then he stitched them all together into a masterpiece. A masterpiece that I still go back and watch from time to time to remind me of where it all began.
Since then, Ben has created a second brand story, multiple client testimonials, induction videos for our tenants and owners, and dozens of short educational videos.
Ben has a calmness about him that makes others feel calm. He’ll nicely tell you when you’ve missed the mark, he educates on how to get the most out of your content.
And a while ago, Doug stepped into assist and I was so nervous, and a little worried that things would change. It was worry for nothing. The guys are very alike, very warm people, very patient people.
